Library Traineeship

**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Library Traineeship at our Castle Hill Library. This is a great opportunity to learn on the job whilst studying a Cert III in Library and Information Services. This role will see you learning and delivering a full range of Council and Library services, assisting customers with enquiries, processing payments and transactions while working in a team environment.

**What you will be doing**:

- Deliver accurate information to customers in a timely manner, enhancing customer satisfaction levels;
- Undertake day to day operations in the Library Branches as rostered;
- Participate in the delivery of Library programs and activities.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- HSC or equivalent
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High Level written and verbal communication skills

**Position details**:
Temporary up to 18 months, full time, TR822, Salary: from $338 - $688 per week (dependent on how many years out of school) + Superannuation + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts
