**About Us**:
Math Minds is committed to teach maths in a way that engages, inspires and encourages students to explore maths in a fun and non-intimidating way. We strive to put together a team that is passionate, caring and keen to share their skills with young learners and make a difference in their lives. We are looking for coaches who are not just excellent in maths but, those who can break concepts down to fundamentals and communicate it to the learner in a fun and easily understandable way.

We run two Maths Learning Centres in Box Hill / Blackburn and North Balwyn and an Online programme.

**Benefits of Working at Math Minds**:

- Choose your own working hours, anywhere from 3 to 20+ hours per week. We work around your availability.
- We provide consistent sessions of no more than four students at a time.
- No need to prep anything or bring materials - each session is about supporting the students individually.

**Your Role**:
Support students individually as they work either on our online platform or on their own schoolwork.

Focus on fundamentals and understanding rather than teaching the memorisation of processes.

Have a growth mindset and believe in the potential of every student.

Sessions are between 1 and 2 hours depending on age of the students.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
