**The Role**:
To assist in the provision of catering services to meet the identified dietary needs of residents in ANHF Limited Facilities and enable them to enjoy cultural appropriate meals. To provide services under the guidance and direction of the Facility Manager.

**The Requirements**:

- **Essential**:_
- Demonstrate experience in catering duties, especially in food preparation in **Chinese cuisine**.
- Evidence of a good team building, interpersonal and communication skills.
- National Police Clearance.
- Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency
- **Desirable**:_
- Attained Cert III in Individual Support or equivalant
- Experience in catering in residential aged care.
- Attained Certificate Level II in Food Handling.
- Experience working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse populations.

Pay: From $26.63 per hour

**Experience**:

- Catering: 1 year (preferred)
- catering in residential aged care: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate Level II in Food Handling (preferred)
