Rental Sales Officer

_Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a casual Rental Officer to join our _**Gold Coast Airport **_team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a _**customer service **_or _**retail sales **_background should apply_

**About the role**

Primary responsibilities include:

- Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
- Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
- Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rental
- Cross-sales
