Ballarat, Australia Rural LAP Full time

Rural Locum Assistance Program (Rural LAP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aspen Medical focused on placing healthcare professionals into regional and remote areas of Australia to support the local workforce, is seeking Expressions of Interest for Personal Care Assistants to join our team.

Working closely with an experienced team, this role requires someone who is person-centered in their approach with exceptional customer service skills to support and assist their patients. This role involves:

- providing individualised and personalised care
- providing emotional support and companionship, and assisting with personal hygiene tasks
- maintaining and enhancing the dignity, integrity, rights and confidentiality of residents and their families.

If you are passionate, keen to learn and have exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you. Special consideration will be given to those who can demonstrate:

- Certificate III (or higher) in any one of Aged Care, Home and Community Care and Disability
- experience working as a Personal Care Assistant
- excellent time management skills
- the ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relations with patients and their families
