Employment Type: Part time (minimum 3 shifts per week | AM, PM, ND shifts available) or Casual.

The Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team and make a lasting impact on the wellbeing of our residents in Melbourne’s Geelong region

What You’ll Do

- Prioritise resident hygiene, safety, and wellbeing

- Support residents’ physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs

- Deliver exceptional person-centered care

- Work collaboratively with the care team

- Facilitate communication with stakeholders

- Accurately report any concerns or issues

What You’ll Need

- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)

- Eligibility to work in Australia
