We are a rapidly expanding company in the manufacturing and trading sector, committed to excellence in everything we do. Our passionate team is seeking a talented and dedicated Bookkeeper/Accountant to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, covering areas such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

As a Bookkeeper, you will collaborate closely with our Accounting team to generate and analyze financial reports, ensure compliance with legal standards, manage accounts payable and receivable, and oversee invoices and tax payments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record daily financial transactions and complete posting processes
- Ensure transactions are accurately recorded in day books, supplier and customer ledgers, and the general ledger
- Prepare the trial balance and perform partial checks of the posting process
- Complete tax forms as required
- Maintain data, create financial reports, and prepare financial statements
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll promptly

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Extensive experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant is preferred
- Proven bookkeeping expertise with a solid grasp of basic accounting principles
- Ability to accurately calculate, post, and manage financial records
- Strong data entry skills and a good understanding of numbers
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, etc.) and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- A degree in Accounting or Finance
- Three qualified or related referrals required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
