**The Company**

Lombardi Bros located in the Bentley Area is an automotive smash repairs company looking for a full time Bookkeeper & Payroll officer Mon - Fri to join our friendly team.

**The Role**

Due to an expansion of the business, we are currently seeking a full time Bookkeeper & Payroll Officer to work in our busy Bentley Head Office and capable travel to our different offer. This is a full-time role and covers all bookkeeping functions such as data entry, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, invoicing, reporting and general administration.

**The Successful applicant will**:

- **Be a qualified and experienced bookkeeper
- Have solid experience working with MYOB
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Preparation of BAS
- Superannuation
- A background of bookkeeping within an Automotive Industry is desirable
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be competent with Microsoft Office Suite
- Be prepared to carry out a varied range of tasks including general admin, reporting and database upkeep
- Be reliable and punctual and have a “can do “attitude
- Be diligent and a team player
- Have an eye for detail and be able to work autonomously

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
- CA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
