**Apprenticeship Opportunity: Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology**

**About Us**:

**About the role**:
You will work as part of a professional team responsible for working on a global manufacturer’s equipment for the Mining Industry. Duties will include preparation of new equipment to customer requirements, machine rebuilds, and overhaul of components including transmissions and rockdrills. Other duties may include assembly work, testing and fault finding. The position is mostly workshop based but likely to include sitework.

**To be successful for this role you will**:

- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident,
- Be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality workmanship,
- Be a natural forward planner who critically assess their own performance,
- Be able to get on with others and be a team-player,
- Have sound safety knowledge,
- Have a commitment to attendance,
- Be committed to your trade including formal off-the job training,
- Be able to work extended hours on occasions when required,
- Hold a C class driver’s licence,
- Be able to complete and pass a vigorous 3-step onboarding process which includes pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing.
