This is an exceptional opportunity to join CBA’s Group Secretariat team, whose unifying intent is: “Together, shaping and inspiring excellence.” Our team provides corporate governance advice and corporate secretariat services to the Boards of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and its subsidiaries.

**Do work that matters**

You will play a key role in providing Board Coordinator and Executive Assistant support to the General Manager Deputy Company Secretary.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating coordinated activities and communications relating to meeting administration and governance
- Coordinating and collating board and committee papers for review and assisting with the distribution of documents via Diligent Boards
- Assisting with the drafting of CBA Board and Committee agendas, template minutes, and circular resolutions
- Maintaining and filing corporate filings, minutes and statutory records in electronic and paper form, including updating corporate registers
- Providing proactive and timely support to the Group Secretariat team to ensure the smooth running of CBA Board and Committee meetings
- High level administration and diary management for the General Manager Deputy Company Secretary
- General administration and project management support, as required

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Considerable prior experience, preferably working at an ASX listed company
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail is a must
- Ability to prioritise deadlines, adhere to standard operating procedures
- Highly motivated team player with a personal commitment to exceptional service and a collaboration across teams and offices
- Experience in Diligent Boards or a similar product
- Outstanding communication skills
- An appreciation for confidential matters and discretion
