We are seeking Trainee Pathology Administration Assistants for a major health & pathology provider.

**The Role**:
This Pathology Administration Assistant Traineeship will give you the chance to work with a number of experienced collectors to pick up all the tricks of the trade, all while completing a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll be learning and earning

On the job you’ll work alongside qualified laboratory staff - assisting with tasks like administrative tasks, data entry, receptionist duties, stakeholder communications & team support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Under the guidance and supervision of the qualified team, you will be required to carry out administrative tasks, data entry, receptionist duties, stakeholder communications & team support.

1. Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent. Aboriginality. Aboriginality is considered a genuine

qualification for this position and is authorised under Section 14d of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.

2. A willingness and desire to undertake on the job training in Administration.

3. A willingness and the ability to attend the Registered Training organisation and work towards obtaining a

Certificate III in Business Administration.

4. Customer service skills including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, patients and

clinical staff.

5. Data entry skills including high attention to detail.
