At PowerAbility, we are committed to empowering NDIS participants to lead fulfilling and independent lives. We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, providing tailored NDIS solutions to help our participants live life to the fullest.

We require a Support Worker to assist a child participant. The role involves picking up the participant every Thursday at 3:20 PM, engaging in various activities, and returning home by 5:30 PM. The locations for activities and transport will vary each week. This position may offer increased hours in the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport the participant to and from activities.
- Engage the child in various activities, providing a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Adapt to changing schedules and locations as required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in working with children, particularly those with special needs.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing locations and schedules.
