**A bit about the role**

Play a pivotal role at Wyndham City's, leading the production of high-quality visual content, including video, photography, and animation, with a strong community focus. This role is responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that reflects and promotes the diverse services, programs, and events offered by Wyndham City, ensuring alignment with the needs and interests of the local community. The content will support the council’s communication and marketing strategies across various platforms, such as social media, websites, and digital signage.

The position involves managing both in-house production and outsourced projects, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence. By working collaboratively across departments, the Digital Content Provider identifies opportunities for dynamic, community-cantered content that resonates with residents, contributing to the council’s goal of fostering strong civic engagement. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in multimedia tools like Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with drone usage is highly regarded.

**What you’ll deliver**
- Identification of opportunities to utilise your skills to promote council messages
- Produce and deliver content in collaboration with the strategic communications and strategic marketing teams
- Lead and manage projects with external stakeholders to deliver visual content
- Research and deliver contemporary modern content pursuant to Council’s brand
- Liaise with staff across the organisation to plan content and support key communication strategies

**What you’ll bring**
- Excellence and experience in producing visual content to corporate, internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on relevant opportunities to support communications and marketing strategies
- Experience working a political environment, understanding the associated nuance and pressures
- Wholistic delivery of visual assets from concept to completion
- Qualification in multimedia graphic design or equivalent majoring in filming/photography
- A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
