Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at Washing Wizards, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our exterior cleaning business. Your primary responsibility is to manage and convert incoming leads, generate new opportunities through cold outreach, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients. You'll also handle light admin duties, help maintain our CRM, and support the day-to-day operations of our sales process.

This is a **hybrid position**, ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work with the ability to work from home, with occasional in-person meetings or tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads and prospects
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings
- Follow up with previous clients and inquiries
- Conduct cold calls to local homeowners and businesses
- Update client data in our CRM system
- Assist with general sales admin tasks

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and phone skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organised
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRMs
- Previous experience in sales or admin is preferred but not essential
- Must be based locally and available weekday mornings or afternoon
