Accounts Receivable/payable Officer

**Description**:
**Key responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this full-time role is perfect for an organised accounts officer with a passion for standards and service. The role liaises with a variety of stakeholders and provides end-to-end accounts receivable/payable support to multiple business units within the Plantmark Group.

**The highlights of the position are**:
Daily processing of customer payments and bank reconciliations.
Verification and coding of vendor invoices and purchase orders.
Preparation of vendor payments and coordination of remittance advices.
Processing customer statements, reconciling customer accounts and responding to queries.
Credit card expense processing and reconciliations.
Preparation of ATB reporting and assistance with debt collection.
Report preparation and general administrative duties.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential Experience

**To shine in this role, you’ll need**:
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry ability.
Professional telephone manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous.
