**About the Role**:
Help Nursery is a commercial business of Help Enterprises, a community-based social enterprise whose mission is to enhance the lifestyle and independence of people who live with disability. Our wholesale nursery business supplies high quality plants to the landscaping industry. We provide a unique, supported workplace environment for many of our employees who live with disability.

Reporting to the Nursery Support Hand, you will:
- Perform basic plant maintenance.
- Prepare orders for dispatch.
- Assist team members when required.
- Liaise with customers.
- Meet production targets as directed by the Horticulture Supervisor/Manager
- Assist in maintaining a workplace that is safe, clean and uncluttered
- Work with Horticulture Supervisor and support staff to achieve personal work goals

**We are currently looking for a quality Nursery Support Hand for**Full-Time role based in Mitchelton**

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Horticultural experience
- Horticulture Certification (preferred not required)
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to work autonomously
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
