**The Bridge Employment - Youth Jobs Now School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)**

Our Youth Jobs Now (YJN) service focuses on employment opportunities for young people with disability. The service delivers practical supports and work experience opportunities to build each participant's skills, confidence, and readiness to engage in employment. Participants are offered 1:1 employment coaching, work/volunteer experience and engaging training sessions with the goal to secure ongoing employment.

**Manager YJN - we need you**

We seek a manager of our service to lead a team, delivering highly effective job placement for participants via market research, partnership, knowledge and support. Your team is comprised of 6 Employment Coaches who are responsible for delivering the service to our participants.

The position is permanent full-time, and is based at our Dandenong Office. The role also includes travel in the south-eastern suburbs to attend meetings and visits with employers to build partnerships, networks, and opportunities for participant placement.

**You will offer**
- Experience in the Disability Sector, with desirable experience in similar NDIS funded programs
- Marketing know-how including reverse-marketing practice
- Demonstrated ability to support, guide and develop people with disability to build goals and capability to secure employment
- Demonstrated effective leadership of people including development and support with an ability to educate staff in high performance team elements
- Innovative thought to drive and grow our organisation into the future
- A dynamic individual who is passionate about fostering connections with people
