Who are you?
You are known for being focussed on the small details. If there is an investigation to conduct, you will do so precisely, ensuring all risks are uncovered. You’re passionate about helping our customers uncover the full picture of a property when being assessed for mortgage purposes - if our customers or suppliers need some help to navigate an element of the valuation report, you’re on hand to expertly, patiently and clearly guide them through this.
Your service ethos is excellent, you know how to have great conversations with customers and suppliers. That’s why you trust your own judgment and your ability to positively influence an organisation, even without a direct reporting line.

This role is critical to the success of CoreLogic. You’ll be responsible for driving customer outcomes across the business, by ensuring our customers get valuation reports that they can use for mortgage purposes.

Job Qualifications:
What will you be doing?
The role includes:
- ensuring all valuation report reviews are completed in accordance with the national valuations standards as per the API approved standing instructions and API property memorandum.
- all risks are clearly outlined to our suppliers to ensure they are addressed in reports
- our clients receive a clearly articulated valuation report highlighting any property or market risks that they need to be aware of as they form their lending decision
- shaping the service culture across the business by supporting the removal of customer points of friction within our compliance process
Are you the right fit?
You need to have proven experience in:
- assessment of risk
- ability to clearly articulate a risk and ensure our customers are able to easily understand this
- you can work with suppliers to create a great relationship to support out collective clients
- you can help a customer get the outcome they are looking for, without arduously explaining internal processes - make it effortless
- great adaptability in learning new systems with speed and the ability to multi task
a demonstrated ability to
- be curious as you deal with complexity and the many unknowns in a decision-making process
- champion customer outcomes within our organisation, don’t settle for the status quo if it impacts a customer’s impression of our products
- display strong decision making skills to problem solve for the customer, understand the parameters of a policy, but deliver more than what the customer has asked.
