**ABOUT US**

**Eyes on Buderim** is a small personalised optometry practice which aims to be a cut above the corporate branded eyecare providers by being more thorough and more personal. We were established in 2013.

We pride ourselves on our use of technology, our **designer **frames are a little different, and our lenses incorporate the best and latest technology.

We strongly believe in delivering high-quality vision care and by opening our own independent practice, we feel that we can now achieve this. Our practice manager, Kim, personally selects all the frames that are in our store, so we believe we have a unique and special offering

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The successful person will be working within a team of professionals who are customer focused, efficient and effective. An understanding customer needs is paramount. This is a part time role, 3 days per week

As an Optical Assistant
- Work with the team to provide personalised solutions for our customers
- Drive sales through exceptional retail skills and knowledge
- Be willing to keep up to date with frame fashions and trends
- Provide WOW experiences for customers throughout their journey in practice and beyond

**ABOUT YOU**

You will bring your face-to-face retail experience, excellent communication skills, customer service and team focus to our business.

**The successful person will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Applicant will be working within a team of professionals who are customer focused, efficient and effective.
- A strong retail background & superior customer service skills
- Passion and desire to learn new skills
- Calm, composed and solution orientation with good problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Community orientated
- Have a great can do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
- Flexibility to work extra days and / or hours as required
- Respectful & empathetic
