Costas Seafood Café in Capalaba is seeking a Food Preparation Assistant to join our award-winning team. This role involves preparing and assembling fresh salads, working the grill, and supporting general kitchen operations. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to quality food preparation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare salads with care for presentation and quality
- Grill a variety of items to order
- Assist with general food prep and kitchen duties
- Keep work areas clean and organized

**Shift Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

**Requirements**:

- Prior food prep experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
