**The Opportunity**
The Commercial Support resource will be allocated to projects/products to work closely with and support their commercial activities.

In this role, you will:

- Provide leadership and direction to ensure a high‐level of integration and consistency across procurement and contracting
- Support procurement planning, tendering and contract formation, and contract management activities
- Provide high level advice, assistance and services during the procurement lifecycle on contracting activities including coordination of legal and financial services
- Design mitigation strategies for the risks associated with very complex procurement and contracting activities
- Consult on very complex and strategic procurement contracting issues

**About you**
- Defence procurement and contract management experience
- Maritime domain experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of the contracting and procurement framework, the PGPA and other related Defence policies
- Experience in ASDEFCON
- Security Clearance: Baseline minimum with willingness to upgrade to NV1
