**Your new role**
This role is responsible for delivering all aspects of the Human Resource (HR) function including recruitment, onboarding, induction, training, workplace investigations, conflict management, policy & procedure implementation, and termination processes. You will have a hands on approach to provide the timely provision of effective and efficient administrative support to the local Unit, National People & Culture and Payroll.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have demonstrated success within a similar role or HR administration capacity looking for your next step up
**What you'll get in return**
You will work alongside a small team of HR professionals who will support you with initial training on the company’s processes.
