Honorbread is a small, artisan bakery in beautiful Bermagui, NSW. We specialise in naturally fermented breads and handcrafted pastries made with care, simplicity, and traditional techniques. We’re now looking for a **Baker Assistant** to support our experienced baking team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn hands-on in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment — perfect for someone passionate about artisan baking and eager to grow in the craft.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in preparing doughs, pastries, and spreads alongside our bakers
- Weigh and mix ingredients, prepare trays and tools for daily production
- Shape and fill pastries, and bake simple items like cookies and scones
- Help with packaging, labelling, and keeping things clean and orderly
- Contribute to maintaining a hygienic and safe bakery environment Support team workflow by restocking ingredients and communicating clearly
