**Key Responsibilities include**:
Perform duties as part of a multi skilled pool of labour and participate in training to enhance skill levels to support the team.
Assist Maintenance Coordinators and in-house Trade staff with housekeeping and maintenance activities within SCHHS.
Undertake basic gardening, landscaping, cleaning and making tidy all facility gardens, grounds, paths, car parks.
Ensure safe working practices are always applied and protective clothing and equipment are utilised as recommended.
