About You
A professional attitude is essential for all clients receiving our support. Support workers and mentors follow best practices to build rapport with clients and track progress toward their unique goals. This is achieved through teamwork with our Client Managers and integration with the client’s wider support network.
In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory experience & compliance:
- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Minimum Cert III qualification)
- WWCC (valid)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (3 years validity)
- Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
- Driver’s Licence & own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Medication Administration Certificate or willing to obtain
Who the client is looking for:
- Female support worker
- Experience with individuals struggling with mental health
- Indigenous background or willingness to learn about indigenous culture.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $31.50 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
