**About Us**:
At Noisette, we are passionate about hand-crafted, artisanal bread and pastry. Our dedicated team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, producing high-quality products using traditional techniques. We are currently looking for a Bakery & Pastry Assistant to join our production team.

**About the Role**:
This hands-on role supports our Bakery and Pastry team in producing a variety of artisan bread and pastry products. You’ll work under direct supervision and be trained in our unique recipes and processes while ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the production of quality bread and pastry items based on daily production schedules
- Weigh ingredients and help with mixing, scaling, and moulding of dough
- Operate bakery equipment safely under supervision
- Support baking duties while minimizing waste
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food manufacturing standards in line with HACCP and company policies
- Participate in packing and preparing products for delivery as needed
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 3 months’ experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferably baking or pastry)
- Basic understanding of Food Safety and HACCP principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a physically demanding role
- Willingness to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in non-temperature-controlled environments.

**Qualifications**:

- No formal technical qualifications required - training provided on the job

**Note**: This is a physically active role and involves manual labour in warehouse conditions.
