**About the Role**

We’re seeking a dynamic and talented General Manager to help us take advantage of the significant opportunities to provide quality, compassionate care to even more of those who need us.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will contribute to the formation of strategy and be responsible for its effective delivery through a small, capable and experienced team of senior managers and carers.

Key success factors will include ensuring exceptional standards of care consistent with our values, building a cohesive team culture, and optimising client and care staff onboarding and retention to further improve business performance.

Your days will be varied, and you can expect strategizing, reporting, problem-solving, improving systems and processes, nurturing relationships and developing and supporting the team to be part of the mix.

**About You**
- Have an absolute commitment to supporting others: our clients, their families and the 365 Care team
- Be capable of operating effectively at both strategic and operational levels (a flexible, “hands on” approach to the role will be essential)
- Be commercially “savvy”, with a track record of improving business performance
- Have exceptional interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Be self-driven, resilient and goal focused
- Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Have a proven track record in improving systems and processes
- Be an exceptional leader of people: consultative, able to set clear expectations and hold others accountable, support and encourage others, be an effective leader of change
- (Preferably) Have experience with quality/accreditation systems and audit processes
- Have up-to-date COVID vaccinations and be willing and able to obtain satisfactory Police and NDIS Worker Checks

Remuneration is negotiable based on skills and experience, though a package of $130kpa FTE plus potential performance-based bonuses is indicative.
