- 2+ years of experience working with young children.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This vivacious family is in need of an energetic and nurturing nanny/household assistant, initially while mum is on maternity leave. They are seeking someone who has experience with young children and a passion for early learning. The ideal person for this role will be capable and confident to work independently (particularly with one child at a time), but comfortable working alongside the parents as well. Driving may be necessary and the family will provide the car. The role will involve a mix of childcare and additional tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and helping to keep the home tidy and organised. The 3 year old has a somewhat flexible routine, attending Kinder in the morning then balancing burning off energy with some rest in the afternoon. It's important for the nanny to be playful and patient - able to facilitate engaging activities and encourage the development of self-care skills.

The 3.5 year old boy is a joyful whirlwind with a love for singing and dancing. He also thoroughly enjoys being outdoors and active. He adores his baby brother (who is so far very relaxed and easy-going) and is accepting of sharing time and attention with him.
