As the **Assistant** **Team Leader** at Think Fit, you’ll inspire and support our members while driving growth and retention through exceptional service, personalised engagement, and innovative outreach.

**Your Role**:

**Drive Membership Growth**
- Generate and convert leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities.
- Provide engaging sales consults and gym tours that inspire action.
- Execute seasonal promotions and campaigns to exceed sales targets.

**Enhance Member Experiences**
- Build meaningful relationships with new and existing members, supporting their fitness journeys.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that keeps members motivated and engaged.
- Actively participate in member retention programs, including regular service calls and personalised recommendations for gym services and products.

**Lead Operations and Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate and support staff through meetings, training, and rostering.
- Take charge of creative tasks, such as Instagram Reels, Canva designs, and marketing content creation.
- Plan and execute events, keeping our community vibrant and connected.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Rare weekend work may be required for special Gym Events
- Cover sessions if needed (Cert 3 and/or 4 in Fitness is required)

**We’re looking for someone who embodies the following**:

- **Qualifications**:
Current First Aid & CPR certification, and Cert 3 and/or Cert 4 in Fitness
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:
You can think on your feet and offer solutions that exceed member expectations.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
