We're on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to join the team at Volstead and Peacemaker Saloon in Canberra. If you've got a passion for social media, a flair for design, and an eye for a good shot (both camera and whisky), keep reading

About the Role:

- Title: Marketing Manager (or something cooler if you can think of it)
- Location: Canberra-based (we need you on the ground to film reels and snap pics)
- Hours: Full-time (negotiable, around 20 hours a week) with potential to grow to full-time
- Starting salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities:

- Curate and queue photos/posts from professional photoshoots
- Manage ads and ad budget on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
- Coordinate stakeholders relationships (influencers, advertisers and creatives)
- Film and create engaging social content (reels, stories, TikToks)
- Inject your graphic design magic into documents (menus, posters, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:
Required:

- Experience with social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook
- Proficiency with Canva, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite
- Driven, energetic, and passionate with a vision and ideas to pursue
- Hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
- Ability to learn independently and take the lead

Huge plus:

- TikTok/short form content experience
- Graphic design experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
