**Experience required**:

- Leadership Experience:

- Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role within Reverse Logistics, Medical Devices (loan kits) or similar.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team, with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
- Reverse Logistics Expertise:

- In-depth understanding of reverse logistics processes, including receiving, inspection, testing, repair, and repackaging.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to reverse logistics operations.
- Operational Excellence:

- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements in reverse logistics operations.
- Experience optimizing workflow, reducing costs, and maximizing resource utilization.
- Problem-Solving Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of effectively resolving complex logistics challenges.
- Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement practical solutions in a timely manner.
- Customer Focus:

- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction in reverse logistics operations.
- Patient first always mindset.
- Experience managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer needs are met.
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to reverse logistics, such as TGA regulations and ISO standards.
- Experience maintaining accurate documentation, records, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
