Iris Capital is seeking a dedicated and passionate Gaming Manager to join our leadership team at one of our dynamic venues. This hands on role will see you lead the gaming operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and staff. You will manage all gaming related activities, while collaborating with a strong leadership team to continuously drive the performance of our venue.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

As the Gaming Manager, you will work closely with the Venue Leadership Team to oversee all aspects of gaming operations, including driving performance, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring top tier customer and staff satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and motivating a team of gaming staff to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the gaming floor.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering team growth and individual development.
- Managing a rotating roster of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays in line with the venue’s operating hours.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of gaming, including compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and loyalty.

**To be considered for this role, you must have**:

- Current RSA, RCG & ARCG certificates (or a willingness to obtain them).
- Proven leadership experience or a strong desire to develop in a leadership role.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
