About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated qualified educator in Early Childhood Education and Care. This part-time role requires flexibility to work open and close shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of our center.

What We’re Looking For:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care - or a desire to start a traineeship and learn on the job
- Strong English communication skills required.
- A caring, patient, and energetic personality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine love for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Maintain a safe and clean learning environment.
- Contribute to planning and implementing age-appropriate learning experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or wanting to start a traineeship and learn one the job
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work early mornings (open shifts) and late afternoons (close shifts).
- Excellent English and communication skills is a MUST.

Pay: $24.52 - $39.62 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Rotating roster
