**Are you up for the challenge?**:
Working within the Financial Control department, you will be a key member of the Workday Support Team. As John Holland’s Finance Support Analyst, you will support end user requirements for Workday and work closely with Workday end users and our Level 3 Support team to implement the John Holland vision, strategy and priorities.
**About the Role**:
- Manage service and support requests relating to Workday Finance
- Work closely with Workday end users to resolve business process queries
- Work closely with level 3 Support Team to resolve escalated support requests
- Drive continuous improvement of the Workday solution platform.
- Develop test scenarios, scripts and provide solutions to testing issues.
- Deliver efficient, accurate, timely system administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs
**About You**:
This position will require you to hold a Degree or Certificate in Finance/Accounting and have Workday Certification.
You will have demonstrated functional experience in Finance/Accounting and be able to identify and resolve issues to meet customer requirements.
Your strong financial planning and analytical skills, coupled with strong attention to detail will see you succeed in the role.
