Our client is a stunning eco-certified retreat that boasts international career progression and fantastic benefits. They are currently seeking a talented RECRUITMENT MANAGER, to join their professional and dynamic team.

**THE ROLE**:

- Oversee full cycle of recruitment procedure, including advertising, screening CVs, conducting & coordinating telephone, video, and face to face interviews.
- Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding new employees
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration including contract management
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform administrative duties including, exit interviews, performance reviews, and engagement surveys.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous experience within a similar role
- A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Professional, self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
