**Job title**: Client Manager - Corporate
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Account Manager who is ready for the next step, they will be managing a small team of junior brokers and servicing high-level corporate clients across various industries. The national company consisting of 300+ employees has a stunning Sydney office located in the heart of the CBD and is making a global impact with international offices.
**The Role**
The Client Manager will be responsible for all aspects of client service to maintain and grow an existing book of Corporate Accounts. The Portfolio Manager will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong mentorship, and management skills to lead a team of 4 brokers.
- Manage a portfolio of Large Corporate Accounts; accountability for the management, servicing, developing, and maintaining a division within the company
- Responsible for all aspects of the role, including relationship management, placement, and services within the team
- Manage a large Corporate Insurance portfolio of $800k with approximately 10-20 clients, also with junior brokers supporting the portfolio
- The portfolio consists of Corporate Insurance Lines - Casualty, Property, and Liabilty
- Work with the Head of Client Services on new business strategies
- Build strong relationships with Insurers and the broader market
- Professional and courteous interactions with clients and the provision of a level of service and market results that exceed their expectations
- Advising clients on significant risks recommended areas of improvement and managing to a satisfactory conclusion
- To succeed in this role, you will have experience servicing Corporate Clients and 8+ years of experience working in the corporate insurance space
- Excellent product knowledge within Casualty, Property & Liability
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant broking experience
- Qualifications in accordance with the Financial Services Act
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A high degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
- Collaboration with Key stakeholders within the business to facilitate excellent portfolio management
