**Hey you**

genU is looking for experienced - **Night Awake - Support Worker**who can team up with our customers to help them unleash their full potential. You will be making a real impact by helping people with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement.

**What you’ll do**
- Support person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals and working to achieve them;
- Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting and medication administration;
- Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
- Administration duties and mandatory reporting

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
- Extensive experience working with challenging behaviours
- essential;
- An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities;
- Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher (or working towards one) is essential;
- A valid drivers licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate);
**Bonus points for**
- Certificate III in disability or individual support or higher
