**Are you up for the challenge?**:
We are currently looking for an **Enterprise Systems Integration Manager** to join our IT team based out of our Flinders Gate office in Melbourne.
**About the Role**:
- Develop a sustainable roadmap for a standardised integration approach that supports the business and IT strategy.
- Manage and support the consistent use of agreed tools and methods to address and resolve user identified problems in line with service level agreements.
- Lead in the implementation of new integrations and ensure their ongoing secure operations.
- Proactively monitor integration performance and troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues to impacted teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate and consult with business and IT stakeholders to define non-functional requirements and manage customer expectations on the end-product.
- Participate in integration vendor and tool selection to meet business needs and support development team workflows.
- Partner with technical business analysts to understand business requirements and identify then prioritize opportunities to improve and provide efficiencies in business processes through integration.
- Partner with solutions architects and other domain architects to support and provide oversight in designing and developing scalable integration solutions, prototypes, and products.
- Defining and monitoring compliance with integration standards.
- Prepare and manage the currency and validity of technical documents and reference materials.
- Regular review of the integration landscape and highlighting areas requiring remediation, enhancement, vendor relationship management or strategic infrastructure modifications.
- Establish or enhance the development of integration processes, best practices, and standards.
- Support, coach, and guide integration engineers to grow their capability
- Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
**About You**:
This position will require you to hold a degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar. You will have significant in integration engineering and a background in integration architecture and design.
To succeed in this role, you will have strong understanding and experience of the full software development lifecycle and be adept into translating business requirements into technical requirements and design.
It is essential that you have practical skills and understanding in:
- Agile development methodologies
- Performing data analysis for data integration, migration and reporting
- Problem-solving & solution driven capabilities
