Marketing Specialist

Fab-Line solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced full time Marketing Specialist to be based at Perth, Western Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning, organizing, and implementing marketing programs and advertising policies, opportunities, and campaigns to support sales objectives and business growth of the company.
- Developing ideas for marketing campaigns and pricing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Seek and provide information to help company to determine their position in the marketplace.
- Transform the online presence to drive business growth.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including analytics, search engine optimization and search engine marketing desirable but not essential.
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analysing collected data.
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
- Identifying new market opportunities through marketing research
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs and strategies.
- Adjusting marketing strategies based on analytics and feedback from marketing campaigns.
- Work with the sales department to plan and execute promotional strategies and campaigns
- Helping to develop marketing materials, including brochures, social media post etc.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Must have bachelor’s degree or higher
- Must have at least 10 years’ experience in a marketing specialist position
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels.
- Must possess enthusiasm in manufacturing industry.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

- Marketing: 10 years (required)
