Hurstville, Australia Alt. Hospitality Group Full time

Ready to take your digital marketing skills to the next level? Love crafting campaigns that make people stop scrolling. We’re on the hunt for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team on a **12-month maternity leave contract**, kicking off in **early May 2025**. If you’re a creative thinker, a data whiz, and a social media mastermind, we want YOU

**About the Role**

As our **Digital Marketing Specialist**, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital presence. From killer social media campaigns to SEO wizardry, you’ll help us boost brand awareness, engage our audience, and turn clicks into customers. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact and showcase your creativity.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Owning SEO & SEM - working with agency partners to boost rankings and drive traffic.
- Running high-impact Google Ads campaigns that actually convert.
- Developing and executing social media strategies that spark engagement (both organic and paid).
- Keeping our website fresh, engaging, and optimised for performance.
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on digital performance metrics to fine-tune our approach.
- Collaborating with designers, content creators, and venue teams to bring our digital vision to life.
- Overseeing photography and video content creation (because visuals matter).
- Managing promotions through our Central Rewards app.
- Proofreading and perfecting marketing copy.

**What We’re Looking For**:
A digital marketing qualification or solid hands-on experience.

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (hospitality, corporate, or agency background preferred).

A deep love for SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp.

Experience in video content creation and editing (bonus points for TikTok skills).

A knack for analysing data and using insights to drive success.

Hospitality experience is a plus (RSA certificate = extra brownie points).

Killer communication, organisation, and time management skills.

A proactive, can-do attitude - sometimes the best content happens outside of 9-5

**Why Join Alt. Hospitality Group?**

We’re not just another hospitality group - we’re a collective of innovators, creators, and go-getters. We love fresh ideas, bold strategies, and people who aren’t afraid to shake things up. If you’re looking for a fun, fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact, this is the place for you

**How to Apply**:
Think you’ve got what it takes? Send us your resume and a cover letter telling us why you’re the digital dynamo we need.
