**Overview**

To oversee, manage and drive a costing transformation process within the organisation, including the efficient and effective delivery and change management for the roll-out of a new costing (ICT) system within agreed timeframes, budget, quality and resource requirements to meet program and organisation objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead and manage planning and delivery of the costing transformation program including development and implementation of project, communication, change and risk management documentation and strategies, identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve program and organisation outcomes.
- Develop strategies for continuous monitoring and evaluation of the program including risk and continency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures.
- Source, lead and manage a program team to successfully delivery all key milestones and outcomes of the program and prepare and manage program budget and expenditure.
- Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure program deliverables are met.
- Meet program deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and ensure appropriate escalation management.
- Demonstrate authority and accountability as a point of contact for the program and program communications, utilising specialist input from relevant parts of the project team and health system, where required.
- Write, edit and review program documentation to a high quality and aligned to NSW Health policy and requirements.

**Key Requirements**
- Expertise in leading and managing complex, high-risk government implementation projects with expert knowledge in all aspects of the project management cycle.
- Highly developed change management skills and the ability to successfully engage with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met on time, on budget, to a quality standard and within agreed scope.
- Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills.
- Extensive experience in planning and risk management in complex environments and knowledge of procurement policy.
- Ability to quickly understand and incorporate business requirements into new system implementation.
- High level written communication skills to prepare, review and edit correspondence/documentation.
- Active listener with an ability to empathise with and understand others’ frame of reference.
