As a team member of the NSW Techzone, this role represents the “face of IT”, focused on providing the highest level of customer service. Using innovative solutions, the role is required to ensure that we service our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Essential to the role is your fascination and love of technology and your desire to try new things and see how they work. You understand that it is important not only to help fix equipment, but to build positive customer relationships with free technical advice and timely repairs.

**Your Opportunity**
- ** Front-facing Techzone duties**: Maintain a customer-centric area where users can approach and receive technical support
- Provide 1st level support for all IT incidents and service requests
- Ensure that all requests and incidents are logged in the service management system, prioritised and classified appropriately.
- Respond to and action incident and service request tickets in a methodical and timely manner in accordance with SLAs

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- Strong customer and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
- Knowledge in ITIL practices
- Sound understanding of Windows and proficiency in Mac support and trouble shooting
- Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
