**Dance Teachers are required to**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- **At least 3 years dance teaching experience required.**
- **Tertiary Qualification Required.**
- **Plan detailed lesson plans with extensive knowledge of Cecchetti ballet and ISTD Modern Theatre.**
- **Inspire and deliver the assigned classes using their extensive knowledge, experience and examples guided by comprehensive learning materials.**
- **Provide support and feedback to ensure students thrive in the dance studio environment.**
- **Have exceptional work ethic and be highly motivated.**
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills with parents, staff, and students.**
- **Working with children’s check.**
- **Be capable of working autonomously or as part of a team.**
- **Managing our social media accounts.**
- **Understanding of health and wellbeing of young dancers.**

**Salary**: $56,276.00 per year
