We are looking for passionate and qualified dance teachers to join our team on a casual or contract basis.The Role

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic dance teachers specialising in one or more of the following disciplines:

· Jazz

· Lyrical

· R.A.D. Ballet (Experiences is required)

-Russian Ballet

· Contemporary

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, safe, and progressive dance classes to our students, ranging from young children to teens and/or adults. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who is reliable, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to nurturing both the technical and artistic growth of every student.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lesson plans that are age-appropriate and technically sound.

· Teach proper dance technique, terminology, and artistic expression within your specialised style(s).

· For R.A.D. Ballet teachers: Prepare students for Royal Academy of Dance examinations as required.

· Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for all students.

· Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage their development.

· Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom.

· Maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and studio management.

· Adhere to studio policies and procedures.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience teaching Jazz, Lyrical, R.A.D. Ballet, Russian Ballet, and/or Contemporary.

· Strong technical knowledge and performance background in your dance discipline(s).

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and young adults.

· Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

· Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.

· A passion for dance education and a desire to inspire the next generation.
