**About the role**

We are looking for a Patient Care Assistant to join our friendly team of five at SKG Radiology based at the St John of God Murdoch campus in Murdoch, WA.

As a Patient Care Assistant, you will be an integral part in the team by providing a high standard of care for our patients in the areas of patient care, patient transfer and support to our technical staff. They are responsible for assisting with the transfer and transport of hospital in-patients to and from SKG’s Murdoch Department and will be required to take on additional departmental tasks as directed.

This position is Casual. Shifts will predominantly take place on the weekend, however you would need to be available for shifts Monday through Sunday for leave coverage during the week. Flexibility with hours is essential to this position.

- A Certificate III in Health Service Assistance/Health Support Services or similar will be an advantage.
- Be able to provide evidence of vaccination/immunity/screening to a list of vaccine-preventable diseases
