As a Patient Transport Officer, you’ll make a positive impact by:

- Assisting and caring for patients during transport
- Safely transferring patients in collaboration with hospital staff
- Maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of transport vehicles
- Recording and managing patient details during transfers
- Delivering first aid and adhering to infection control standards
- Building positive relationships with hospital staff and key stakeholders

Your ideal skills & experience:

- A current C Class driver’s licence with PTD endorsement (or willing to obtain one)
- Experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment
- A Working with Children Check and Police Clearance (valid within six months)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A commitment to safety and patient-centred care
- Qualifications relevant to the position (Cert III in Health Science, Cert III in Non-Urgent Client Transport, EN, RN or Diploma/Degree in Paramedicine or higher (Highly desired, but not an absolute prerequisite)
