Join the Knowledge Management Department as Manager of Analytics Centre of Excellence

Are you passionate about analytics and technology? Do you have a knack for leading communities and driving modernisation? We are looking for a dynamic leader to join us as the Manager of Analytics Centre of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex analytics and technology issues and to implement innovative solutions to enhance our analytics capabilities.- Own and deliver training programs and awareness events such to uplift data and analytics literacy across the Bank.- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate and nurture the business coding and analytics communities across the organization.- Maintain and develop a robust technology roadmap for analytics and data.

Qualifications:
- Strong technical background in analytics and relevant technologies.- Proven track record of influencing and leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide outcomes without necessarily having formal authority.- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.- Passion for community engagement and experience in organizing events.- Strategic vision and experience in technology roadmap development.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
