Are you a **passionate and dedicated Female Support Worker** looking for a rewarding role in Berwick?

We're seeking an **attentive and engaging Female Support Worker** to assist our client in **Berwick** with community access and recreational activities. This is a consistent and fulfilling opportunity for **three hours every Tuesday**, providing valuable support and fostering independence.

**About the Role**:
You'll be instrumental in helping our client explore their community and participate in activities they enjoy. This includes:

- **Facilitating community access**: Assisting with outings, appointments, or errands.
- **Supporting recreational pursuits**: Encouraging and enabling participation in hobbies or activities.

We're looking for someone who can provide **full and undivided attention**, engage in **meaningful conversations**, and maintain a **professional and respectful demeanor** at all times. Your ability to connect and build rapport will be highly valued.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- **Current First Aid and CPR certificates.**:

- **A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).**:

- **A current NDIS Worker Screen Check.**:

- **A valid Australian Driver's License and a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.**

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
