Insurance Broker

**About the Role**

Bfrank Insure Pty Ltd is currently looking for an Insurance Broker to join our growing team and to support our Director.

**This role will involve**:

- Handling new business quotes and assisting client with the right insurance options
- Process Renewal documents and Endorsement requests from Clients
- Obtain additional information and keep clients updated all the way through the process
- Obtain Quotes or a completed Risk Analysis from Director
- Acting on behalf of the client to the Insurer on any claims
- Providing a high level of customer service with tight turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters and other key stakeholders.
- Keep all records in a compliant manner
- Looking for opportunities to drive new business leads.

**Skills and experience**

With previous experience in the insurance industry, you're looking for a unique opportunity to grow your career. As an enthusiastic team player who understands the power of exceptional client service, you will have:

- Tier 1 - Insurance Broking Compliance (RG146) or Affiliate qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure with solid attention to detail Ability to use initiative and maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Effective and efficient administration skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

**Salary**: $540,000.00 per year

Schedule:
