We’re looking for a bold and visionary Creative Lead to lead our creative department and elevate the work we deliver for brands across Asia Pacific. As a senior leader, you’ll direct high-impact content and campaigns across digital, social, video and many more, inspiring the team and bringing ideas to life.

**Your Role**

As Creative Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our creative output, responsible for shaping our agency’s direction. You’ll work across departments to bring original ideas to life, ensure high quality output, and build a culture of creativity and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire a talented team of designers, writers and producers
- Direct multi-platform content campaigns from concept to production
- Set and maintain the agency’s creative vision, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and goals
- Collaborate across departments to develop insight-driven creative concepts
- Champion creative storytelling across digital, social, video, and branded content
- Presenting and pitching creative work to clients with passion and influence
- Mentor and develop creative talent, fostering a culture of curiosity, excellence, and experimentation
- Ensure creative output is delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest quality

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years in a creative leadership role (agency experience preferred)
- A strong portfolio showcasing content-led and integrated campaigns
- Proven experience directing integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, and branded content
- Exceptional conceptual thinker with an eye for craft and detail
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and positive approach
- Confidence in presenting creative work and articulating ideas at all levels
- Passion for emerging platforms, culture, and storytelling trends
- Hands-on attitude (you know when to step in and help shape the work)

Pay: From $105,000.00 per year
